RentEase Portal is a full-stack property rental management platform built with Angular, Spring Boot, and MongoDB. It enables tenants and landlords to manage the complete rental lifecycle through dedicated role-based dashboards. The platform supports multi-landlord property management, advanced property listings, rental applications, digital lease agreements with e-signatures, online rent payments via Razorpay, PDF invoice generation, maintenance request management, Cloudinary media storage, JWT-based authentication, and responsive user interfaces. Built with scalable architecture and modern development practices, RentEase Portal streamlines the entire rental process from property discovery and tenant onboarding to lease management, rent collection, and maintenance tracking.
